Michigan Supreme Court rules on The Michigan Medical Marijuana Act Issues
On May 31, 2012, the Michigan Supreme Court issued its first ruling concerning the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act (MMMA). The Michigan Supreme Court gave an important opinion for medical marijuana patients in Michigan as the ruling respects the voter approved Michigan medical marijuana law and reversed many of the Court of Appeals judgments concerning the MMMA.
